Austin Engagement Session

Austin Couples Session { Texas Wedding Photographer }

Feb 23, 2017

I love Austin! It’s one of the coolest cities in Texas and since I was born there I like to think it makes me kinda cool as well 🙂

A few weeks ago I had the privilege of attending a photography retreat in Austin with two of the most amazing photographers – Bre Thurston and Elena Blair. We stayed in a super cool house by the river, had a private chef and a private yoga instructor. It was basically three days of heaven for this busy mom-boss!

Since this was a photography retreat, each evening we had a fun styled photo shoot. While both sessions were great, the second one was my favorite because it revolved around shooting this amazing couple!

Jenna & Adam have been through a lot the past few years. The loss of a baby Greyson and then the birth of their rainbow baby Gavin has only made them stronger. You could see how much love and respect Adam has for his wife. Loss is a difficult thing for couples to go through. For some it tears them apart, but for others it makes them stronger and it has clearly made Jenna & Adam stronger.

Check out some of the gorgeousness from their session!

And of course we HAD to add sweet Gavin into a few of the pictures because is was just too adorable! HE had no problem with the fact that there were 11 cameras in his face…I think he kind of liked all the attention! Isn’t he just the cutest!

I wish these two all the happiness in the world! They deserve it!
