I met Emily last fall when I started working at a new school. Even though we were not teaching the same grade level she was always a friendly face and someone I really enjoyed talking to. I was really excited when she asked me to do her engagement photos for her and her fiancé, Adam. (oddly enough we discovered that Adam and my husband went to high school together…small world!)

We decided to meet in Grapevine on a Sunday morning by the railroad tracks. Usually there is no one around that early in the morning, however, little did we know that it was Thomas the Train day. There were families and kids EVERYWHERE!! Luckily we were able to get a few shots on the tracks before the train started moving, then we moved on to another part of Main St. and eventually headed out to the lake for walking trails and parks. It was a beautiful day and I had a great time hanging out with this adorable couple (and their four legged baby, Honey!). I wish them many years of happiness and love!
