It has been WAAAY too long since I have updated the blog. The fall/holiday season was  super busy and pretty much one big blur, but now that I am finally on the other side of the fog it is time to do some catching up!

Up first is the Hurst Family. This sweet family and I connected through a fundraiser I helped out with for the Dallas Preemies Association. Their “Little Lion Man” Ethan was a preemie and they were looking for a few family photos to show off how big and strong he had grown to be. During our conversations prior to the session I suggested the Bob Jones Nature Center as a location choice. I love this spot because of the big red barn! It turns out that Kelly had a painting in their living room that she had done with a red barn in it….perfect! I had such a great time getting to know this precious family and I can’t wait to see Ethan again soon when we do his first birthday session.
