As a wedding photographer, I love getting to know the couples that I will be working with.

I usually spend a lot of time with them between engagement sessions, bridal sessions and the wedding day. Not to mention pre-wedding meetings and consultations. We become more like friends and I love that.

That is exactly what happened with Jenna & Tony!

I first met Jenna about a year ago when we got together at Starbucks to talk about her wedding day and see if we were a good fit for each other. We ended up talking for a couple of hours and I walked away knowing that I was going to LOVE working with her.

We set-up their engagement session in Fort Worth, complete with a stop at a food park. It was one of my favorite engagement sessions because they were just so relaxed and fun to be around. Then Jenna booked a bridal session. When I saw her blush pink dress I was in LOVE! It was so much fun, and I loved her idea of a “deconstructed” bridal session. We had a blast that day.

So, when their wedding day came around I was so excited to be part of their day. We started off at the hotel where Jenna and her bridesmaids were getting ready. And of course, Jenna was so excited to get married that she was shouting it from the balcony!

The ceremony was at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller.

It is a gorgeous church with beautiful stained glass windows and cathedral ceilings. Stunning!

We had some time between the ceremony and reception, so we headed to downtown Grapevine for a little fun with the wedding party.

This group was definitely a lot of fun!!

The reception was held at the Piazza in the Village in Colleyville.

The ballroom was flooded with pink and purples, and the couple danced their first dance as the floor filled with fog giving the illusion that they were dancing in the clouds. The fun personalities of the bride & groom, as well as the wedding party really shined during the reception!

Congratulations Jenna & Tony! You are one of the best couples I have had the honor of working with and I wish you both a lifetime of happiness!
