I LOVE when clients schedule a bridal session with me.

It is such a fun time to get to play around with a beautiful girl in a gorgeous dress. The wedding day can be a little hectic and rushed, so you don’t always have time for photos of the bride. So, scheduling a bridal session gives you the opportunity to really have fun without the stress of a wedding day schedule.

The downside to bridal sessions is that I have to wait until after the wedding to share them….

which can be REALLY hard when they are this awesome!

For Jenna’s bridal session she wanted an “un-done” bridal look. Something different and fun. And when your bride buys a PINK wedding dress, you know you have to plan something great!

Since the weather was pretty cold the day of the session, we decided to start the session indoors and a fun and funky studio in Dallas. The setting was the perfect backdrop for Jenna’s stunning dress.

After we finished up in the studio, it was time to brave the cold for a few outdoor photos. We headed up to the rooftop of the studio first, before moving to a nearby park.

 

Since Jenna wanted something different and creative for her session, and wasn’t afraid to try anything I suggested….we broke out the smoke bombs.

And a few dramatic shots with some flowing fabric (made even more entertaining thanks to the wind)

Jenna is just stunning and I could photograph her all day! I can’t wait to share the photos from their wedding day soon!
