When Allison first contacted me I knew her name sounded familiar but I couldn’t figure how I knew it. It turns out she did her student teaching at the same school I taught at for several years. I didn’t work with her directly but we know a lot of the same people. I was excited to see her and meet her family as well as catch up on what was going on in my old school district.

We decided to meet out at Eagle Mt. Park around 5:30. This is usually the perfect time for photos since it is right before sunset….however, I did not take into account that the time change was taking place the night before. Oops! We only had about 30min of light to shoot. We got some great shots, but I offered a re-shoot to make up for it. 🙂

The next time we met up we had plenty of daylight but we were sharing the park with about 20 other photographers. Luckily there were tons of walking trails to explore which made for some fun shots…and a little change from the pick-up truck we used before. (LOVE this truck!)
