~ Meet Sophie ~ 

Not only is she gorgeous, but she is one of the sweetest young ladies I have met. I always know it’s going to be a good session when my make-up artist sends me a message right after finishing up to let me know how much she “adores this girl”! 

We started Sophie’s session at Stone Creek Park in Flower Mound. It’s one of my favorite locations because it doesn’t look like what you would expect to find in the middle of the DFW area. It’s a hidden gem tucked away inside a quiet neighborhood. 

 

After leaving Stone Creek we had plans to head to a park along the shores of Lake Grapevine…however sometimes the best laid plans go awry. On the way to the second location I spotted this gorgeous grassy area along the side of the road. The sunlight was shinning perfectly through the trees, so of course like the crazy person I am I pulled over and told Sophie and her mom we were stopping here 🙂 

I don’t think they minded too much once they saw how amazing the photos turned out!

 

I LOVE how this session turned out, BUT what makes this even BETTER is the reaction Sophie and her mom had to seeing her images. After doing their ordering session Sophie’s mom sent me this email….and it made my YEAR!
