This week’s True Beauty “Session in the Spotlight” star is Anna. Anna is a stay at home mom who does her best to balance life as a wife and a mom while still finding time for herself. She was so much fun to work with and I am absolutely in love with the images from her session!

Meet Anna~  She is beautiful inside and out and this is HER story!

Her story ~ “I am a wife and mommy to the sweetest little boy in the world.  My husband is my best friend and we’ve been together 10 years!  I live an ordinary and blessed life.  I come from a Christian family and hope that my faith is seen when around others.”

What does beauty mean to you? ~ ” Confidence and a kind heart make a person beautiful.  Everyone is made up of unique looks but how a person carries themselves and treats others is a beauty that everyone recognizes.”

What makes you feel beautiful? ~ “My husband 🙂 I found a man who tells me daily how beautiful I am no matter what I am looking like that day! Also, lately, a bold lipstick makes me feel pretty and a little sassy!“

How did your session with Paisley Layne Photography make you feel? ~ “I was hesitant before the shoot.  Who wouldn’t be?  I’m no model.  I tend to shy away from the camera since having my son as I am not where I want to be with my weight.  However, I thought about the future and how it would be so nice to have some flattering photos of myself to look back on. After getting my makeup and hair done, I was ready to begin!  I was shown several of the pictures after they were taken and thought WOW! And we’re just getting started!  I have the same doubts and concerns most girls do, but I believe that I am a beautiful woman and with such an inviting and relaxed atmosphere, I was able to enjoy something I wasn’t sure I would.  I was literally a 30 year old playing dress up! This experience was so much fun and I would recommend it to every woman out there that wants to get a little glammed up and get some fantastic shots of themselves.”

I am so glad that I had the opportunity to work with and get to know Kristy. I admire her beauty and strength as a woman and I hope she takes the time to do something for herself every once in a while.
