I first met Jasmine when I was doing a photo shoot for the Kiki La Rue boutique in Roanoke,TX. Jasmine was one of the varsity cheerleaders from Byron Nelson High School recruited to model for the fall “School Spirit” look book. As soon as I met her I loved her. She was so outgoing and spunky and just downright adorable (I mean who wouldn’t want hair like that!).

When she mentioned that she might be interested in doing her senior session with me I was ecstatic! We stayed in touch and set up a date for her session.

You never know what kind of weather you are going to get in November in Texas but we ended up with a lovely, cool & overcast afternoon. We started our session in downtown Grapevine which perfectly fit with her urban inspired wardrobe….seriously, check out the red heels! Amazing!

After exploring downtown we moved to the Grapevine Botanic Gardens for a more “natural” feel. It must have been homecoming weekend or something because the park was full of girls in fancy dresses taking pictures so we had to get creative to avoid the crowds. In the end we were able to capture some stunning images of Jasmine that I know she and her family will treasure.
