Meet Payge!

She is a fun and outgoing senior from Liberty Christian School in Argyle. The first time Payge and I sat down to talk about her session we were in a local coffee shop on the square in downtown Denton that she called her “second home”. It was the perfect setting for her and I could see why she loved it so much. We talked about her style, her vision for her photos and her plans after graduation. This girl has got it figured out!! She is definitely going to do great things in life!

We started our session at the TWU campus by the greenhouse. I love this spot. It’s such a cool area and there are so many random spots to explore. The weather was cold and cloudy but we made the most of it!

The next two images are proof that I have the coolest clients ever.  Most people would think I was crazy if I asked them to climb into a patch of tall grass while wearing a white dress…but not this girl! She rocked it!

After finishing up at the TWU campus we headed over to the square in Downtown Denton to capture a few casual urban shots.

We also had great plans to shoot inside the coffee shop that she loves, but overtime we tried it was too crowded. So we finally settled on a studio session for the more casual shots Payge wanted.

Payge you are an amazing young woman who has such a bright future! I know that one day you are going to do great things, travel the world and have an amazing life!

*Kendra Swalls is the photographer behind Paisley Layne Photography, and is a boutique portrait and wedding photographer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She specializes in, beauty, senior and boudoir portraits as well as wedding photography. Kendra’s style is fun and personality-driven while still retaining the timeless features of photography that create family heirlooms.
